Who We're Looking For
- 5+ years in customer support/success roles (tech/SaaS preferred)
- Track record solving complex customer issues while maintaining satisfaction
- Available 9-5 EST for remote work (Americas time zones)
- Bonus: Bilingual in English + Spanish/Russian
Technical Requirements
Experience with Intercom and Slack (or ability to learn quickly)
