Remote Customer Success Manager at Fullpath

Time zones: EST (UTC -5), CST (UTC -6), MST (UTC -7), PST (UTC -8), AKST (UTC -9), HST (UTC -10)

We are seeking a talented and driven Customer Success Manager to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our CS department and the company as a whole. In this role, you will have the chance to forge strong relationships with our clients, contribute to achieving our strategic objectives, and thrive in a data-centric environment. You will work alongside a supportive and diverse CS team to deliver outstanding service and help our clients achieve their goals.

This is a hybrid or remote position with occasional travel requirements, reporting directly to the Manager of Customer Success. Preference will be given to candidates located in Detroit, MI, Teaneck, NJ, and Burlington, VT.


Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for our customers (dealerships) and collaborate with both external and internal stakeholders as needed.
  • Implement a structured framework to proactively communicate ROI, identify potential risks, and reduce churn.
  • Analyze customer performance using data-driven insights and work closely with clients to optimize their success.
  • Enhance customer lifetime value by driving product adoption, satisfaction, and overall customer health.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to create strategies that align with customer needs and maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Gain a deep understanding of our customers’ business models and industries to effectively position our solutions to support their objectives.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of customer success experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Experience with digital marketing and advertising platforms (Google, Facebook, Google Ads, Bing, and Google Analytics).
  • Strong ability to leverage data to drive business decisions and focus.
  • Proven track record of building and implementing follow-up processes.
  • Proficiency in working with CRM systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability to change.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • High energy levels and a strong work ethic.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States without requiring employer sponsorship now or in the future.
  • Ability to sit for extended periods and perform extensive computer work, as these are essential aspects of the role.

Annual base salary range: $75,000 - $88,000, based on experience and qualifications. On-target earnings (base + variable) can reach up to $118,000. Fullpath is open to offering a higher base salary for candidates who exceed the qualifications outlined in this job description.
