This is a fully remote position, and you can be based anywhere within a European time zone. Fluency in both English and German is a must.


What You’ll Do as Our Customer Success Manager (German Speaking)

This is your opportunity to play a key role in shaping the future of our remote-first company. We believe that a strong Customer Success Team is essential for sustainable business growth.

  • Build strong customer relationships. Work closely with customers to foster trust and satisfaction, turning them into loyal advocates for Filestage.

  • Empower customers to become expert users. Guide customers through training sessions via chat, email, phone, webinars, and video calls to ensure they get the most out of Filestage. (Don’t worry—our customers are friendly and easy to work with!)

  • Proactively enhance customer success. Identify opportunities to improve customer workflows and help them achieve their goals with Filestage.

  • Drive Filestage’s growth. Spot opportunities to expand Filestage’s reach within your clients’ organizations and help spread the word about our platform.

What You’ll Bring to the Role

  • Strong interpersonal skills. You naturally connect with people and practice empathy in your daily interactions.

  • Passion for customer success. You have experience in customer success management or account management, with sales experience being a plus.
