Customer Success Agent at Breezy HR

What Will My Day Look Like?
This is a full-time remote position, and we’re looking for someone available to work from 10 AM to 7 PM EST.
- You’ll start by mastering Breezy HR inside and out. A strong knowledge base is key to answering customer questions effectively.
- Once you’re an expert, you’ll spend most of your day guiding customers through processes, troubleshooting minor issues, and helping them achieve their goals—all with patience and a touch of humor.
- You’ll know when to escalate issues to the right team members or suggest additional resources like demos or technical support.
- You’ll track key support metrics, such as response time and customer satisfaction, and aim to exceed the goals we set for our customer success team.
- As the front line of support, you’ll identify common issues and trends, helping us develop training programs to improve the customer experience.
About You
- You have experience in customer-facing roles, where making customers happy was your primary focus.
- You’re tech-savvy and comfortable in the SaaS space, with a bonus if you’re familiar with recruiting, HR tools, or platforms like Trello and Intercom.
- You’re calm and professional but proactive. You tackle challenges head-on while maintaining a kind and approachable demeanor.
