About the Role
We are seeking a CRM Strategist who excels at transforming communications into community action. This position is ideal for a creative thinker with a data-driven approach—someone who can look at a user lifecycle and instantly generate multiple strategies for enhancement.
You will join the Growth team and take full ownership of CRM initiatives. Your responsibilities will include developing strategies, launching campaigns, conducting A/B tests, and consistently refining how we attract, engage, and retain our user base.
This role focuses on influencing user behavior, encouraging informed actions, and delivering tangible business results.

What You’ll Do
- Design and implement CRM campaigns via email, push notifications, in-app messages, and SMS
- Lead lifecycle strategy covering onboarding, activation, retention, and reactivation
- Develop and execute experiments (A/B and multivariate) to enhance campaign outcomes
- Collaborate with Product, Growth, and Content teams to integrate CRM with key projects
- Evaluate campaign metrics and provide clear, data-backed recommendations
- Continuously improve user segmentation and behavior-based triggers
- Monitor product updates and user feedback to ensure CRM remains effective and relevant
Key Outcomes
- Achieve measurable improvements in activation, retention, and net deposits
- Enhance CRM channel performance (CTR, CVR, unsubscribe rates)
- Boost engagement throughout the user lifecycle
- Conduct and document 2–3 significant experiments monthly
- Establish a scalable, repeatable CRM experimentation framework
- Refine segmentation and personalization to better align with user behavior and intent
