Who you’ll work with and what you’ll impact:

As a CRM Specialist, your mission will be to elevate our communication strategies to the next level. You’ll play a key role in managing Booksy’s omni-channel campaigns, from content review and template creation to campaign execution and performance analysis. You’ll also develop agile frameworks for testing new strategies and monitoring KPIs to optimize our email campaign results.

To excel in this role, you’ll need:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in email marketing, with a proven ability to drive conversion, retention, and revenue growth.
• Proficiency in advanced email marketing tools, including automated audience segmentation platforms.
• A data-driven mindset, with strong analytical skills and the ability to act on insights.
• Excellent project management skills, including the ability to meet tight deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Conversational English proficiency is essential, as English is our company-wide language for communication.
