CRM Implementation Specialist at Embrace Software
Embrace Software Inc. is looking for a skilled CRM Implementation Specialist to join our dynamic Go to Market team. This role plays a crucial part in guiding organizations through seamless operational and system integrations during mergers, acquisitions, and post-acquisition phases.
You will report to the CRM and Sales Operations Lead while working closely with CEOs and COOs of acquired companies. This high-impact role also offers exposure to hyper-growth strategies through collaboration with Embrace’s CEO’s office on key corporate initiatives.
What You’ll Do:
- Drive CRM implementation post-acquisition, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Manage end-to-end CRM implementations with expertise in various CRM functionalities.
- Conduct stakeholder meetings to gather requirements and translate business needs into CRM solutions.
- Enhance M&A sales pipeline efficiency through workflow automation.
- Support the M&A BizDev team in CRM transition and daily operations.
- Enable marketing outreach by optimizing platforms for campaign execution.
- Utilize strong data visualization skills to improve decision-making.
- Assess software tools to enhance M&A and portfolio company operations.
- Oversee post-implementation hypercare with quick resolution times.
- Partner with digital marketing to track lead flow, analyze web traffic, and transition websites.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to design process improvements for business visibility.
- Mentor junior team members, guiding them through implementation challenges.
- Apply process mapping tools to refine workflows and boost efficiency.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s in Engineering or MBA in a related field.
- 3-5 years in Process Improvement, Business Consulting, or Software Implementations.
- Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho), email marketing tools, and Google Analytics is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Advanced Excel proficiency (formulas, Pivot Tables, etc.).
- Experience in data cleansing, validation, and reconciliation is beneficial.
- Sharp problem-solving and analytical skills to align software with business needs.
- Knowledge of marketing/sales concepts, inbound/outbound strategies, and market research.
- Self-driven with the ability to work independently.
