Contract Marketing Specialist at Yoko Co
We are looking for a driven and meticulous Marketing Specialist to join our team as a part-time contractor. This position will be responsible for implementing marketing strategies that boost brand awareness, highlight our team’s expertise, and connect with our audience across digital platforms. The ideal candidate is self-starting, highly organized, and adept at juggling multiple ongoing tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Monthly Content Creation
- Create and send a monthly newsletter featuring company news, industry trends, and expert insights.
- Write and post monthly blog articles consistent with our brand, addressing topics that resonate with our audience.
- Bimonthly Case Studies & Impact Stories
- Write and release case studies and impact stories every two months, demonstrating the results and benefits of our work for clients and the community.
- Webinars & Marketing Support
- Organize, manage, and market webinars on a regular basis, working with team members to feature relevant subjects and presenters.
- Run marketing campaigns to boost webinar attendance, using email, landing pages, and follow-up messages.
- Social Media Management
- Plan, schedule, and publish 48 social media posts per week (about 4 posts weekly) across our brand’s social channels.
- Interact with followers on social media to build an engaged community around our brand.
- Promoting Team Content
- Amplify team members’ personal content, articles, media features, and other contributions through social media and email, enhancing their visibility and reach.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in content creation, social media, and digital marketing.
- Excellent writing and editing abilities, with skill in adjusting tone for different audiences.
- Experience with social media scheduling tools, email marketing software, and CMS platforms.
- Capable of handling deadlines and multiple tasks independently with strong organizational skills.
Hours & Compensation
This is a part-time contractor position, estimated at 10-20 hours weekly. Pay is competitive and based on experience.
