Position: Billing Account Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee a portfolio of accounts, resolving billing discrepancies and securing timely payments.
  • Initiate outbound calls to follow up on overdue balances with customers.
  • Investigate and resolve invoice disputes and billing-related inquiries.
  • Process customer payments and manage remittance details.
  • Develop trust with healthcare executives by demonstrating financial expertise.
  • Explain billing procedures clearly and guide stakeholders on invoicing best practices.
  • Collect feedback to enhance billing systems and workflows.
  • Work cross-functionally to implement billing projects and pilot programs.
