About the Role
Clipboard Health is seeking dedicated, customer-oriented professionals to join our team as B2B Support Specialists (HCF Agents). This is not your typical call center position—you will serve as the primary account manager for our most important business clients: healthcare facilities (HCFs). Your mission is to proactively address client concerns, reduce churn, and deliver a seamless experience for our customers.
We don’t measure success by single metrics—we focus on whether you genuinely solve problems and help our business clients thrive.
What You’ll Do
✅ Take full ownership of customer issues – Serve as the main point of contact for healthcare facilities, managing phone calls and emails with speed and accuracy.
✅ Prevent churn and boost retention – Spot potential problems before they escalate and collaborate with internal teams to keep customers satisfied.
✅ Solve problems in real-time – Handle at least 30 calls and 15 email tickets daily, ensuring every interaction leads to a lasting solution, not just a temporary fix.
✅ Thrive in a fast-paced, independent environment – We’re looking for self-motivated individuals who can think quickly and don’t need constant supervision.
