About the Role
Reporting directly to the CEOs, you will handle account preparation and support various administrative tasks.
An accounting background is preferred but not mandatory. We welcome candidates from all backgrounds who are enthusiastic and quick to learn.
This role is ideal for—though not limited to—parents, as it offers highly flexible hours, adaptable breaks, and remote work.
This is a part-time position: 4 hours per day, 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday. There is potential to increase hours later.
Essential Skills & Experience
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with online tools (Google Apps, Notion, Slack, Zoho Books, etc.)
  • Proficient with web-based software
  • Strong work ethic and sense of responsibility
  • Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt
  • Fluent English
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles
  • Strong research abilities
Desirable Qualifications
  • Background in accounting
  • Experience with Zoho products, especially Zoho Books
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress
  • SEO knowledge (a bonus, not required)
Key Responsibilities
  • Monthly bookkeeping using Zoho Books
  • Account reconciliation, invoicing, and receipt issuance
  • Support for accounting and bookkeeping tasks
  • Partner communication and assistance
  • Administrative support duties
  • Daily team coordination and oversight
  • SEO project management

Compensation
  • 26 paid vacation days per year

  • Options: employment in Cyprus (must reside there) or freelance contract (worldwide, including Russia)
