  • We’re hiring a Backend Engineer to design and build our backend services using NestJS and GraphQL.
  • You’ll take ownership of the entire development lifecycle—from ideation and architecture to deployment and iteration—while championing automation and CI/CD best practices.
  • As the team grows, you’ll have opportunities to step into leadership roles and shape the future of our engineering efforts.

🔍 What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of Node.js experience: You’ve solved complex problems and delivered scalable backend solutions.
  • Infrastructure expertise: You’re skilled with AWS and Terraform and can design and maintain scalable systems.
  • Database proficiency: You’re experienced with PostgreSQL (or similar RDBMS) and can optimize queries for performance.
  • Microservices & security: You understand microservices architecture and prioritize secure coding practices.
  • Automation-driven: You’re familiar with CI/CD pipelines and always look for ways to automate workflows.
  • Curious and adaptable: You’re eager to explore new technologies and thrive in dynamic environments.
  • Collaborative spirit: You’re a team player who values open communication and humility.

  • Startup or telco experience: You’ve worked in fast-paced, early-stage companies or have experience in the telecom sector.
  • High-availability systems: You’re comfortable designing and maintaining 24/7 systems.
  • Message queues and caching: You’ve worked with tools like RabbitMQ, Redis, or similar technologies.
