B2B Lead Gen & Email Specialist at Surge

Surge is a SaaS growth agency (https://www.surge-ads.com/) specializing in high-performance advertising for innovative tech companies in AI, No-code, Robotics, and Healthcare.

We're looking for a B2B Lead Generation & Email Specialist to boost our outbound efforts and drive scalable growth.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Managing end-to-end email outreach, including list building, crafting compelling copy, responding to prospects, and scheduling calls.
  • Identifying and qualifying leads, refining cold lead lists, segmenting campaigns, and preparing data for outreach.
  • Implementing automation tools to optimize CRM and sales workflows.
 
Within your first 60 days, you'll:
  • Build lead lists, master our ideal customer profile (ICP), refine processes, and meet daily outreach targets.
  • Execute outbound campaigns using Instantly.ai and engage with prospects daily.
  • Create automation workflows with Make.com to streamline operations.

By your first 120 days, you'll:
  • Develop scalable outreach strategies to enhance efficiency and results.
Key Requirements
  • 2+ years of B2B lead generation experience, with expertise in lead qualification.
  • Ability to meet daily targets and provide weekly performance reports.
  • Proficiency in setting up and managing Make.com automations.
  • Deep familiarity with Instantly.ai.
Bonus Points (Not Required, But Helpful)
  • Experience in the tech industry. Our clients are Seed to Series B startups—understanding their landscape is a plus.
  • Expertise in Instantly.ai (essential), Make.com, and ClickUp (nice-to-have).
  • Creative lead sourcing skills. You know how to find high-value contacts beyond standard databases.
  • Scaled outreach experience. You've worked with teams handling 1000+ new contacts daily.
