Analytics Supervisor at AXM

OVERVIEW

  • Oversee analytics delivery for client accounts, including measurement planning, execution, and audience development.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to deeply understand their business and industry, ensuring media strategies align with their goals.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to refine processes and elevate the quality of agency deliverables.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design and implement measurement plans, including frameworks and learning agendas.
  • Provide regular client reporting with actionable insights and clear narratives, aligned with measurement plans.
  • Develop visually compelling dashboard visualizations to highlight campaign performance.
  • Lead collaborative sessions with partner teams to analyze data, identify optimization opportunities, and provide forward-looking recommendations.
  • Support audience development during campaign planning, including sizing, profiling, and segmentation.
  • Manage vendor relationships to ensure accurate and timely delivery of measurement and data.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 6+ years of experience in advertising and analytics, with a focus on measurement, insights development, and storytelling. Agency experience is required.
  • Proven experience in a supervisory role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., mathematics, economics, statistics, computer science) or equivalent experience in a quantitative role.
  • Experience with advertising measurement solutions (e.g., MMM, MTA, ad effectiveness, location data, sales attribution) is required.
  • Familiarity with audience research platforms like Nielsen MRI and Resonate is a plus.
  • Expertise in dashboard visualization tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Datorama) is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of advertising platforms and data sources, including Google Campaign Manager, Google Ads, Web Analytics, social media platforms, DSPs, and ad verification.
  • Exceptional communication, design, and storytelling skills.
  • Strong collaboration skills with a track record of working cross-functionally to achieve shared goals.
  • Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex analyses for clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational, time management, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Demonstrated project management skills to execute initiatives successfully.
  • Contribute to audience development, goal setting, and measurement planning for new business opportunities.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and provide thought leadership to support POVs or published work.
  • Living in the Pacific time zone is a plus.
