The Purpose of This Role

You'll command the complete sales journey—from first contact and needs assessment to deal signing and client transition—while delivering exceptional value at every touchpoint.

Core Responsibilities and Focus Areas: 

  • Full-Cycle Sales Leadership: Steer all phases of the sales process, executing 15+ strategic discovery conversations weekly while converting prospects into long-term partners.
  • Solution Mastery: Become an authority on Magic's offerings and industry landscape to architect impactful business outcomes.
  • Value-Based Selling: Uncover root challenges through insightful dialogue and present precision solutions that create tangible impact.
  • Relationship Cultivation: Maintain proactive engagement with prospects and clients, ensuring exceptional experiences throughout their journey.
  • Opportunity Orchestration: Systematically advance deals through your pipeline with disciplined follow-through and strategic next steps.

Ideal Candidate Profile: 
  • Proven Track Record: 2+ years in B2B sales targeting North American SMB and Mid-Market organizations.
  • Sector Expertise: Demonstrated success selling SaaS, recurring revenue models, or business process solutions to senior decision-makers.
  • Client-Centric Approach: A consultative methodology grounded in active listening, trust-building, and measurable value creation.
  • Tenacity: The perseverance and ingenuity to excel in high-growth startup conditions.
  • Business Acumen: Ability to diagnose organizational needs, overcome hurdles, and develop innovative approaches.
  • Operational Excellence: Mastery in time management, priority alignment, and pipeline governance.
  • Technical Proficiency: Comfort with CRM platforms (HubSpot ideal) and rapid adoption of new sales technologies.
  • Availability for U.S. client coverage during core EST business hours, Monday-Friday

Compensation and Growth:
  • Base Salary: $1.5k - $2.5k monthly
  • On-Target Earnings: $2.5k - $4.5k monthly
  • Unlimited commission potential
    • Variable commission rates (15%-25%) with typical earnings of $1.5k-$2k monthly
