Your Mission:

As an Account Executive, you’ll be the bridge between mission-driven organizations and the digital solutions they need to scale their impact. From prospecting to closing, you’ll drive the entire sales cycle while shaping Yoko Co’s growth and purpose.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Forge genuine connections with nonprofits and socially conscious brands through outreach, networking, and strategic follow-ups.
  • Lead the full sales process: identify prospects, conduct discovery calls, craft proposals, and negotiate contracts.
  • Ensure every potential client aligns with our values, capabilities, and commitment to impact.
  • Partner with marketing and leadership to refine our sales strategy and outreach.
  • Keep our CRM meticulously updated to track progress and pipeline health.
  • Share insights to improve team processes and contribute to collaborative sales efforts.
Ideal Candidate:

  • 3+ years selling digital services (web, marketing, or strategy) in an agency or similar environment.
  • Strong WordPress knowledge—you understand the platform’s potential for mission-driven orgs.
  • A natural connector who loves uncovering what motivates people and organizations.
  • Skilled at translating complex digital solutions into compelling stories for diverse audiences.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and driven—you spot opportunities before they’re obvious.
  • Exceptional communicator, whether writing emails, leading Zoom calls, or presenting to executives.
  • Highly organized, CRM-savvy, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
Extra Credit:

  • Experience selling to nonprofits, associations, or social impact sectors.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Active in professional networks or communities aligned with our mission.

Our Hiring Process:
