BrightOrder is looking for a passionate, results-driven, and ambitious sales professional to join our team. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, goal-oriented, and excels at building relationships, identifying opportunities, and closing deals. You’ll focus on acquiring new business, driving sales growth, and consistently meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly targets in a fast-paced, competitive environment.

The Role: Account Executive

What You’ll Do

As an Account Executive at BrightOrder, you’ll guide prospects through the entire buying journey. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Prospect & Lead Generation: Independently identify and generate new leads.
  • Aggressive Follow-up: Persistently engage leads through multiple channels to drive conversions.
  • Sales Presentations & Negotiation: Deliver impactful presentations that highlight our product’s value, address objections, and close deals effectively.
  • Product Knowledge: Clearly communicate the benefits of our SaaS solutions to potential customers.
  • Quota Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Market & Competitor Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Collaboration & Reporting: Work closely with internal teams and provide regular updates on progress.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of proven full-cycle sales experience as an Account Executive.
  • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and passionate about winning.
  • Skilled in cold calling, prospecting, and closing deals.
  • Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales tracking tools.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the SaaS industry, particularly with telematics, maintenance, or logistics software in trucking, construction, or heavy-duty maintenance.
  • An existing network of industry contacts or leads is a plus.
