At Gravity Wiz, we offer a wide array of add-ons, snippets, and tutorials designed to empower our customers to achieve truly extraordinary results with Gravity Forms. Your role will be to ensure the enchantment continues when our clients face bugs, theme/plugin conflicts, or have inquiries about the possibilities offered by our extensive range of Gravity Forms add-ons.

This role is a full-time opportunity (Monday–Friday) with an initial month-long probation period. We provide an attractive salary, unlimited vacation days, and biannual salary reviews. The expected salary for this position is $40,000 to $60,000 USD annually.

While working hours are flexible, our main support window runs from 9am to 5pm ET.

We take customer support very seriously. In fact, we're sorcerously serious about it! The ideal candidate for us is a meticulous and rapid problem-solver. If you are also a reliable and friendly communicator, proficient in written English, and have no qualms about adding a smiley or two in your correspondence, you’ll be a perfect fit. 😃

We strive to provide exceptional assistance to our customers, including minor tweaks and customizations to adapt our products to their specific needs. Therefore, you'll need to be skilled in WordPress and possess a good understanding of HTML, CSS, JS, PHP, and working with WordPress hooks and filters. Experience with Gravity Forms is a plus, but not a requirement.
