Remote Wanted: An Ultra-Reliable, Detail-Oriented Go-Getter Who Cares a Lot about Results at Course Concierge
🌎Location:Anywhere in the World. Contractor
Hello,
I’m Rachael, and I oversee project management and production at Course Concierge, an online course publishing company that collaborates with a select group of prominent YouTubers and industry experts.
Our clients’ courses attract hundreds of thousands of paying members, and their videos reach millions each month.
We are in search of a highly dependable, detail-focused individual who can assist with various projects, productions, and team support. We desire an individual who will consistently show up and accomplish tasks — solving challenges independently even when no clear instructions exist. Your mission will be to resolve issues and ensure exceptional experiences for our customers by doing your best at every opportunity.

Your proficiency with specific software or tasks is less important to us than your eagerness to learn, capability to troubleshoot, and reliability to deliver outstanding work.
We are currently seeking someone who…
- Is a driven, proactive problem solver. When faced with challenges, you instinctively explore solutions before seeking guidance. You take pride in your research skills (your “Google-fu” is top-notch) and approach every situation prepared, coming equipped with potential solutions.
- Has an eagle-eyed attention to detail, able to sift through extensive information and identify spelling mistakes, grammatical errors, or typos. You focus on the minutiae and consistently spot mistakes that others overlook. (A brief proofreading assessment will be a part of the application process.)
- Communicates in fluent English with a polished yet friendly tone. Even if English isn't your first language, you possess a deep understanding of it and write thoughtfully and accurately.
- Is dedicated to delivering quality outcomes. You ensure you never let crucial tasks slip through the cracks, even under fatigue, because providing a superior customer experience is paramount to you. You are meticulous in ensuring every detail is addressed, and you approach your work with intention.
The position we envision for you...
- Offers an exciting and diverse range of responsibilities, allowing plenty of opportunities for both learning and career advancement. Currently, it’s a hybrid role blending production & operations support with customer service elements.
- You’ll initially take on customer support responsibilities, providing consistent, personal, and reliable assistance.
- Your motivation will drive you to deliver outstanding care to our customers.
- You’ll be assisting course members on behalf of our clients, who maintain deeply personal brands. We take immense pride in our customer service standards.
- Your problem-solving skills will guide our customers towards making progress. Our customers are eager to learn, whether it’s music, crafts, or anything else, and we aim to inspire them to maximize their learning journey.
- You'll work closely alongside me as my right-hand person in production. Your responsibilities may include:
- Creating course posts and uploading content in WordPress
- Setting up communities and onboarding members in Circle or Skool
- Proofreading and Quality Assurance of emails, course materials, customer details, and more
- Collaborating with developers to design sales pages
- Engaging with our designer to create landing pages in LeadPages or WordPress
- Troubleshooting any course-related issues
- Reporting on sales and customer completion metrics
- If you have the skills and interest, you may also do simple video editing
- Creating straightforward projects in Canva, if that aligns with your skills and interests
- And more, based on your skills and preferences
- Additionally, you may be responsible for sending occasional email newsletters and creating automation sequences in Active Campaign.
- While experience with online course-related tools like WordPress, Active Campaign, or other email marketing platforms, Basecamp, Canva, Help Scout, etc., is a bonus, it’s more important that you are keen to learn and detail-oriented since we aim to generate high-quality work efficiently.
More about the team you’ll be joining…
We’re a tight-knit team devoted to excellence, which means we need each member to contribute at a high level. When challenges arise, we ensure swift action so our customers receive outstanding experiences. Everyone values showing up with full commitment, vibrant energy, and a positive, composed demeanor.
We do not advocate for endless hours or work addiction; quite the contrary. We put in the effort when necessary and prioritize complete rest during our downtime. Your commitment will be recognized and rewarded with ample vacation time, fair pay, and a clear path for growth.
You’ll report directly to me, operating in US Central Time. I tend to work later in the day, so having significant overlap with my afternoon hours would be appreciated.
Lastly, here’s what you need to know about the job details…
This is a part-time independent contractor position with an expected commitment of around 20 hours weekly, generally structured as 4 hours each weekday, Monday to Friday, with potential for growth for the right candidate.
We operate entirely remotely, with team members across the globe. For this role, we’re looking for someone available to work consistently between 12 pm – 6 pm US Central Time. Preference will be given to candidates located in Mexico, Central America, or South America.
In a customer support context, we may occasionally request weekend coverage during promotions or new course launches (less than once a month), with compensatory time off provided afterward.
To submit your application…
Email [email protected] with a message elaborating on why you believe you would be a tremendous fit for this role.
Please refrain from sending a résumé/CV — we value thoughtful cover messages above credentials or educational background.
We wish to ensure that you pay close attention, as detail orientation is crucial for this role. My favorite color is blue, so kindly include the word "blue" in your subject line.
While we can't respond to every application, if yours stands out, we’ll strive to get back to you within two weeks.
Thank you for your time. If you’re contemplating applying, we encourage you to go for it!
We wish you the best of luck and eagerly anticipate hearing from you.
Warm regards,
Rachael
