Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with business clients to grasp their distinct visa and passport needs.
- Assist clients throughout the UK passport application and visa processes for a variety of embassies in London.
- Compile and examine application documents for precision and compliance with relevant requirements.
- Stay informed about UK visa and passport policies and embassy protocols.
- Promptly address client inquiries via email and phone, providing lucid and professional guidance.
- Monitor application progress and update clients in a timely manner.
- Keep thorough records of client communications and application statuses.

Qualifications:
- A proactive attitude towards self-learning, self-starting, and taking initiative.
- Proficient in spoken and written English – outstanding communication skills are mandatory.
- Demonstrated expertise in visa consulting, immigration services, customer service, logistics, or a comparable field.
- Capacity to work autonomously while handling multiple client cases at once.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities.
- Familiarity with email and phone communication platforms.
- Knowledge of UK passport and visa legislation is a significant advantage.
- A reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional space for phone communications.
