The Ward Law Group is on the lookout for VIRTUAL ASSISTANTS with a background in customer service and sales. We currently have multiple openings across various departments within our firm (Training will be provided).
We're seeking to fill the following positions:
- Client Support Specialist
- Reductions Specialist.
- Demands Preparation Specialist
- Medical Management Coordinator.
- Intake Case Manager.
- Senior Case Manager.
In the role of virtual assistant, you will operate from the comfort of your home. Your engagement will be as an independent contractor with full-time hours (40 hours a week). We seek candidates who possess sales and customer service experience, demonstrate adaptability to change, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and can work independently.
Availability to work full-time is essential (40 hours a week - 2 days off - Depending on the schedule, you may need to work 1 weekend day within the same 40 hours).
The responsibilities of a virtual assistant will differ based on the department you are assigned to and may include but are not limited to:
- Answering, screening, and directing incoming calls to the appropriate individual.
- Taking messages and delivering them or forwarding calls to voicemail as needed.
- Logging phone calls and records into an online document management system.
- Providing clerical assistance to office staff, including faxing, copying, and maintaining files.
- Maintaining regular communication with clients and addressing inquiries.
- Timely acquisition of insurance coverage information.
- Following up on medical treatments and ensuring the right care.
- Collecting medical provider records and bills.
- Coordinating communication with insurance companies regarding treatment progress and updating adjuster information in the system, among other duties.
Qualifications and Skills Required for the Virtual Assistant Position:
- Punctuality is a must.
- Willingness to occasionally work overtime.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish is essential.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Resourcefulness and proactivity in problem-solving.
- A self-starter with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Capability to work independently.
- A computer (Desktop or Laptop) with Core i5 or higher, 12 GB of RAM, and Windows 10 installed.
- A USB headset with noise cancellation.
- A webcam for daily meetings and discussions.
- Internet speeds of at least 35 Mbps download and 15 Mbps upload are required.
MONTHLY SALARY: $1000 per month plus an additional $50 to cover transfer fees - SALARY IS PAID ONCE EVERY MONTH, DEPOSITED ON THE LAST BUSINESS DAY OF EACH MONTH.
PAYMENTS WILL BE MADE VIA DEEL (You can choose how you would like to receive your payments; available options include Direct Deposit to your bank account using the SWIFT CODE and your account number, PayPal, Payoneer, and Wise).
