We are in search of a TikTok Shop Manager to become part of our full-time team. Please note that we are not seeking agencies or freelance contributions; we want someone who will work in-house.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing our TikTok Seller Central and managing the brand's complete TikTok presence. Your primary focus will be on TikTok activities, offering a vast growth-oriented scope and potential engagement in varied related projects.
- Conducting extensive competitor analysis, creative review, and market studies to enhance our TikTok performance and visibility.
- Coordinating inventory shipments for TikTok Shop at Amazon FBA warehouses in collaboration with our Amazon expert.
- Forecasting sales and determining inventory requirements for TikTok Shop.
- Creating, optimizing, and managing product listings on TikTok across different regions.
- Partnering with our video editor, UGC creators, UGC project manager, and creative director to develop engaging content and creatives for TikTok.
- Planning, strategizing, developing, and managing ad campaigns to maximize our sales on TikTok, aiming for optimal ROAS and profitability.
- Being the primary driver for our brand's presence on TikTok across diverse geographical areas.

- A strong grasp of TikTok in the commerce and physical products sector.
- At least 1 year of demonstrated experience fulfilling the tasks outlined above.
