Since our inception in early 2022, we have skyrocketed from ground zero to multiple 7 figures in our first year and reached 8 figures in sales in 2023. Our ambition is to evolve into a 9-figure brand in the upcoming years, revolutionizing our industry by launching bespoke and innovative products that enhance our customers' lives.

We are in search of a TikTok Shop Manager to join our team for a full-time role. You will be an integral part of our in-house team, as we are not seeking agencies or freelancers.

Your responsibilities will include:
  1. Overseeing our TikTok Seller Central, along with managing the brand’s TikTok presence comprehensively. Your primary focus will be our TikTok activities, making this role very growth-oriented; you will engage in various projects linked with TikTok.
  2. Conducting comprehensive competitor analysis and market research to optimize our TikTok visibility and performance.
  3. Coordinating the logistics of inventory for TikTok Shop at Amazon FBA warehouses, collaborating closely with our Amazon specialist.
  4. Projecting sales and inventory requirements for effectively operating TikTok Shop.
  5. Creating, optimizing, and managing our product listings on TikTok across various regions.
  6. Collaborating with our video editor, UGC creators, UGC project manager, and creative director to produce extraordinary creatives and content for TikTok.
  7. Designing, strategizing, implementing, and managing advertising campaigns to enhance our sales on TikTok, striving for optimum ROAS and profitability.
  8. You will hold the primary responsibility for the entire brand presence on TikTok across multiple regions.

Qualifications:
  • Thorough knowledge of TikTok in the ecommerce and physical products landscape.
  • Demonstrated experience in performing the outlined responsibilities, with at least 1 year of relevant expertise.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Excellent organizational abilities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Highly detail-oriented.


Compensation:
