We are in search of a practical full-stack Software Engineer with a minimum of two years of experience in developing web applications using Ruby on Rails. This individual will integrate into our fully remote team to help construct and sustain our premier native advertising platform.
About You
About the Role
You will become part of a compact (4-8 members) mostly independent team comprising software engineers, UX designers, data analysts, and product managers. To excel in this role, you will need to become proficient in various technologies including Ruby on Rails, Vue.js, TypeScript, Inertia.js, MySQL, Sidekiq, GraphQL, Apache Kafka, and Snowflake.
On an average day, you may engage in the following tasks:
While we operate as a fully remote team, attendance at three company gatherings each year in various U.S. cities for three nights is required (totaling nine travel days annually).
What We Provide
Compensation Details
The total compensation for this full-time role in the U.S. ranges from $165,000 to $195,000 (including salary and equity). The ranges are set based on role and level and represent the typical total target compensation for this position across the country. Individual pay will be influenced by relevant skills, experience, and education/training within that range.

- Enhance the user interface of our innovative advertising CMS.
- Partner with the data team to optimize the effectiveness and efficiency of our ad campaigns.
- Refine the ad experience across our array of web and mobile applications.
While we operate as a fully remote team, attendance at three company gatherings each year in various U.S. cities for three nights is required (totaling nine travel days annually).
