Primary Responsibilities
- Content Development & Publishing
- Produce and publish regular updates on Tiller’s social media platforms
- Create visually attractive written, graphic, and video content
- Share insights and ideas from the Tiller community across external social channels and vice versa
- Ensure content aligns with Tiller’s brand voice and messaging
- Community Interaction
- Engage actively in discussions across social media, forums, and the Tiller community
- Respond to inquiries and cultivate conversations that strengthen brand loyalty
- Provide insights and trends from the community to the internal team
- Trend Surveillance & Evaluation
- Monitor and analyze industry trends and competitor activities
- Discover and engage with trending topics in the personal finance field
- Adjust strategies based on performance metrics and emerging trends
- Influencer Relationship Development
- Identify and connect with key influencers in the personal finance sector
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with significant influencers
- Organize collaborations with influencers that enhance Tiller’s visibility
- Cross-Department Collaboration
- Partner with the Tiller team to ensure social media strategies dovetail with broader marketing objectives
- Relay community feedback and insights to product and customer support teams
- Engage in brainstorming and strategy sessions to innovate social media strategies
Qualifications
- A demonstrated enthusiasm for personal finance, complete with a solid grasp of financial topics and spreadsheets.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication capabilities, with a knack for engaging and motivating diverse audiences.
- Proficient in managing and cultivating social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Reddit.
- Significant experience in producing captivating written, visual, and video content that complements brand messaging.
- Strong analytical abilities, with a proven track record of tracking, interpreting, and acting on social media metrics and trends.
