Our client in the fintech space is in search of a Senior Contract Recruiter based in Europe to be part of their team during an exciting period of transformation and growth. As the organization expands and adapts, they require a motivated and skilled professional to help identify the best talent for their open roles.
In your role as a Contract Recruiter, you will be vital in pinpointing, attracting, and securing exceptional candidates for our client. Your duties will encompass sourcing and evaluating applicants, conducting interviews, and collaborating closely with hiring managers to grasp their recruitment needs and devise effective strategies to fulfill those requirements.
To excel in this position, you must possess an in-depth knowledge of the fintech domain and its recruitment landscape. You should be a master at sourcing and capable of innovatively leveraging various recruitment techniques within budgetary constraints, utilizing online job platforms, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and social media channels.
Excellent communication and interpersonal prowess are essential, as you will frequently engage with candidates from around the world, hiring managers, and fellow HR professionals.
