Key Responsibilities:
- Designing an unparalleled checkout experience! Innovating how merchants connect with payment systems and enhancing the online payment process for customers.
- Overseeing the design and development of thoroughly tested, optimized libraries.
- Producing top-notch documentation tailored for both merchants and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborating with users to gather insights and refine our offerings with each update.
- Making strategic technology choices with scalability and functionality in mind.
- Performing code evaluations and guiding junior members as our team expands.
- Teaming up with a diverse group of front-end and back-end developers, mobile engineers, designers, and product experts.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- A practical and adaptable individual who utilizes the best tools to advance product development.
- Proven senior or lead experience in a similar role.
- Significant background in building, maintaining, and documenting developer libraries.
- Relevant experience in iOS development, with React Native experience being a plus.
- A strong passion for creating maintainable, high-performance, well-tested, and robust code.
- A deep understanding of the Developer Experience we aim to establish.
- Exceptional communication abilities to work within a cross-functional team.
- A curious mindset with a desire for continuous learning.
- Experience in JavaScript UI optimization, accessibility best practices, online payments, and APMs would be highly valued.
