Key Responsibilities:

- Comprehend customer needs to assist in formulating effective sales strategies.
- Conduct market analysis to pinpoint new opportunities and customer demands.
- Establish and nurture strong working relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Work in conjunction with the sales team to ensure seamless account transitions and aid in the sales pipeline.
- Keep precise records of all sales activities in the CRM system.
Required Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in sales, particularly in outreach roles.
- Proficient in utilizing CRM systems to manage the sales pipeline.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building capabilities.
- Strong listening and presentation attributes.
- Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
- Self-driven and focused on achieving results.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies. Knowledge of OpenStack and Kubernetes is a plus.
- Comfortable with remote work and self-management.
- Availability to work during Eastern business hours.
