We are in search of a Sales Development Representative to enhance our extraordinary team of high achievers and make an immediate difference for our clients. We seek individuals with proven experience.
Do you have what it takes?
- Have you effectively engaged cold prospects through cold calls, cold emails, and social media, generating genuine interest?
- Can you meticulously analyze the Ideal Customer Profile, perform segmentation, and conduct detailed research to identify the right prospects at the right moment with the perfect message?
- Do you have a strong history of surpassing your quotas or KPIs through a thorough understanding of industry-related insights and product details?
- Are you skilled at delving deeper during cold calls to uncover the needs of prospects and demonstrate value?
- Do you have experience in creating outreach cadences for targeted leads?
- Have you previously utilized CRMs to effectively manage your sales pipeline?

Your first 90 days will entail:
- By the 30-day mark, you will be able to communicate Data Ladder’s value proposition and initiate prospect calls using our sales approach.
- At 60 days, you will have developed a strong grasp of the data matching sector and achieved 50% of your quota with 10 SQLs/month.
- By 90 days, you will independently manage the entire prospecting cycle and achieve 100% of your quota with 20 SQLs/month.
A glimpse into your day-to-day:
- Conduct over 40 outbound calls, emails, and texts to generate and qualify leads.
- Schedule demos for the team effectively.
- Nurture client relationships and build trust.
- Work closely with Account Executives to evaluate lead quality.
- Proactively update and maintain CRM systems and meet pipeline targets confidently.
- Provide weekly qualitative and quantitative performance reports.
- Devise and adopt innovative sales techniques.
