Our esteemed client is seeking a Recruitment & Onboarding Coordinator superstar to enhance their dynamic team!
As a vital contributor to the recruitment hierarchy, you will orchestrate the acquisition of outstanding talent and pave their path to triumph.
Your objective, if you choose to accept it, is to manage the entire recruitment spectrum with the accuracy of a finely-tuned instrument, right from job advertising to final offer.
Your responsibilities will include executing comprehensive background checks (as our client values integrity and excellence in their hires!), partnering with the IT department to guarantee a fluid onboarding experience, and collaborating closely with hiring managers to onboard exceptional candidates.
You should bring over 5 years of experience in recruitment and onboarding, ideally within the fintech sector. A sharp attention to detail, a passion for optimizing processes, and a solid history of juggling multiple priorities successfully are essential.
The ideal candidate will possess outstanding communication skills, capable of engaging with diverse stakeholders including hiring leaders and new employees. Plus, you should thrive in a fast-paced setting and maintain a sense of humor in the face of dynamic challenges.
And just to highlight, it’s crucial that you can uphold confidentiality and manage sensitive information (like background checks).
Our client is in search of an independent contractor available to commence work in early January. Candidates must be located in Europe for this position.
