Remote Project/Product Manager at Spiralyze

Spiralyze, a prominent A/B testing firm based in the United States, serves prestigious clients such as Pepsi, Netflix, General Electric, CrowdStrike, NBA, Okta, Workday, and American Express Travel. Our mission is to leverage design and experimentation to help our clients maximize revenue from their web traffic. With a talented team of 180 employees, we are a leading force in a rapidly expanding industry.
We conduct thorough research on our clients and their target audiences to uncover barriers hindering purchases or lead form submissions. These insights guide us in crafting innovative designs. We then transform these designs into challenger web pages and conduct A/B tests to evaluate performance against the original pages.
This position is fully remote. Our company has a solid history of advancing top performers into leadership roles, regardless of location. Notably, 50% of our leadership team started as entry-level remote employees.
The Project Manager role is client-facing and encompasses three primary responsibilities:
Coordination. Leading large A/B tests involves coordinating teams of 5-10 individuals (researchers, strategists, designers, copywriters, developers, QA, analysts, and clients). Your role is to ensure smooth collaboration and keep projects on track.
Strategy & Planning. You will chart the course for the next 10 - 20 tests, articulating a compelling vision to clients and providing progress updates in weekly meetings.
Energy. As the main liaison for clients and internal teams, you will inspire excitement about testing and maintain high energy levels throughout the project.

No prior A/B Testing experience is required—we provide training! We seek candidates who possess:
1) Exceptional diligence and organizational skills. You ensure everything runs like clockwork!
2) Background in project management, ideally within a software or agency environment.
3) Outstanding communication abilities. You prioritize proactive outreach to clients to keep everything progressing smoothly.
4) A genuine curiosity about technology and its functionalities.
5) Availability to work full-time from Monday to Friday, with overlapping hours from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (New York).
