This position offers an annual salary of €60,000, with a commitment to yearly salary reviews based on company performance and individual contributions.
You have the flexibility to work from anywhere, provided your primary location falls within the time zones of UTC-3 and UTC+4.

Key Responsibilities
As the Partnerships & Affiliates Manager, you will be responsible for creating and executing strategies that promote growth and community engagement, enhancing brand visibility and loyalty. Additionally, your role will involve spotting growth avenues within Toggl's affiliate and social networks.
Your core responsibilities will include:
- Partnership Development: Seek and establish relationships with potential partners, both paid and organic, to broaden Toggl’s influence and relevance. You'll organize webinars, propose guest articles to other publications, and coordinate online events to amplify our message. You will also devise innovative methods to foster these partnerships in alignment with our branding strategy.
- Influencer Engagement: Identify and engage pivotal voices in the productivity field for both paid collaborations and organic engagement. You’ll manage these partnerships to help them create compelling narratives for their followers, positioning Toggl at the heart of broader discussions.
- Affiliate Program Management: Take ownership of our affiliate program by introducing inventive strategies to motivate partners and boost performance. Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators to gauge the success of your initiatives.
Additional duties include:
- Collaborating with the marketing and sales teams to ensure partnership and affiliate strategies align with overarching business objectives.
- Creating regular performance reports that highlight the impact of our partnership and affiliate efforts.
- Establishing and maintaining community guidelines and policies for the affiliate program.

- You blend strategic thinking with creativity while being open to unconventional ideas. You rely on data to inform your decisions regarding future campaigns instead of merely chasing trends or quick wins.
- You aim to have fun with marketing. You will proactively bring forth fresh ideas and explore opportunities for Toggl’s brand to flourish and solidify its position in the productivity sector.
- You possess exceptional writing skills and are adept at crafting welcoming emails for new partners, as well as communicating exciting brand initiatives on Toggl’s internal Slack channels. You are comfortable with asynchronous communication and can articulate your thoughts clearly without the need for frequent calls.
