Currently, we are in search of a qualified, compassionate customer advocate to join us as our next Partner Development Manager.

/ / / / Your Responsibilities in This Role

  • Strategic Partnerships: Create, enhance, and monetize a growing network of partners, engaging with key ISVs, tech partners, agencies, and affiliates.
  • Main Point of Contact: Represent our partner program—being the main (and often first) point of connection as we foster relationships with significant partners and communities in our field.
  • Collaboration and Integration: Work closely with internal teams to assure smooth integration and fruitful collaboration with partners, driving joint technological projects.
  • Performance Tracking: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate partnership success, providing regular insights to senior management.
  • Marketing Collaboration: Initiate and implement joint marketing efforts with Salesmsg and its partners to enhance visibility and drive engagement.
  • Sales Assistance: Participate in sales discussions with Salesmsg partners, aiding pipeline development and introductions that benefit both parties.
  • Training and Support: Provide partners with essential tools, resources, and training to successfully promote and support Salesmsg’s offerings.
  • Negotiations and Agreements: Lead the negotiation phase, ensuring beneficial terms that align with Salesmsg’s strategic goals.
  • Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends and market dynamics that impact our partners and customers, offering recommendations based on your observations.
  • Event Representation: Act as Salesmsg’s representative at industry gatherings, conferences, and partner meetings to strengthen existing connections and cultivate new partnership prospects.

  • Complete Accountability: Own your role as Head of Partnerships, collaborating directly with the CEO.
  • Partnership Expansion: Enhance the quantity and quality of strategic partnerships, including technology, agency, or affiliate partners, fueling overall business growth.
  • Revenue Growth: Play an instrumental role in revenue generation through successful collaborations, co-selling, co-marketing, and joint strategic initiatives.
  • Partner Relations: Foster high satisfaction levels and amicable relationships among partners, ensuring enduring collaboration and mutual success.
  • KPI Accomplishments: Meet or surpass established KPIs for partnership effectiveness, encompassing lead generation, partner-sourced sales, strategic campaign achievements, and overall growth.
