We are looking for a highly skilled and driven Partnership Development Manager to grow our network of partners through targeted outreach and engagement. This position entails pinpointing, reaching out to, and onboarding potential partners via email, Instagram, and LinkedIn. The ideal candidate is passionate about the entertainment sector (music, film/TV, sports), possesses exceptional relationship-building skills, and is capable of articulating the benefits of collaboration with both credibility and genuineness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Seek out prospective partners and initiate contact through email, Instagram, LinkedIn, and phone to present the advantages of collaborating with us
- Handle a significant volume of email communications and follow-ups with potential partners
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new partners onto our platform, ensuring their experience is seamless and positive
- Keep the partner database organized and current
- Collaborate closely with management to synchronize partner acquisition and retention strategies with overall business objectives
- Monitor and report on partnership metrics, utilizing data to enhance partnership initiatives
- Remain informed on industry trends and developments to recognize potential partners
Candidate Requirements:
- Must reside in the United States
- A minimum of 3 years in business development
- Active LinkedIn and Instagram accounts available for professional use
- Spanish language skills are a benefit
- Strong organizational capabilities and adept at managing numerous email interactions and follow-ups
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Ability to operate independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Sales-oriented and capable of persuasive writing to engage potential partners via email
- Experience with Hubspot or another CRM tool
- Familiarity with data analytics and metrics for assessing partnership outcomes and making informed decisions
