We are in search of a determined OPERATIONS MANAGER.

Key Responsibilities
- Supply chain management will be a cornerstone of this role. You will collaborate with various teams, including eCommerce, Amazon, and Finance, to centralize the procurement of stock for our products.
- Oversee, support, and lead a team of more than 40 to ensure effective project management and maintain healthy KPIs.
- Create and schedule departmental tasks while supervising their execution.
- Implement and maintain the EOS model standards.
- Develop new SOPs aimed at improving operational efficiency within the company and enhancing employee performance.
- Analyze KPIs and workflows to identify and address issues and bottlenecks.
- Manage tools like Monday boards, Google Drive, and Slack to facilitate continuous improvements.
- Act as the liaison coordinating the workload among our developers, graphic designers, and supporting other managers, such as customer service, managing tasks and communication.
- Conduct interviews and recommend hires for employees at various levels.
- Collaborate with our HR Manager on matters related to employee performance and disciplinary actions.
- Enhance reporting of KPIs and project progress through the implementation of new boards or automation systems.
- Execute the onboarding and offboarding process for employees, managing initial training and system access.
- Provide regular updates to the COO regarding the status of long-term projects, KPIs, and operational improvement areas.

Essential Skills/Experience Required:
- A genuine passion for team management and development.
- At least 1 YEAR OF EXPERIENCE IN TEAM MANAGEMENT (10 or more team members).
- EXCEPTIONAL attention to detail.
- Familiarity with the EOS Model.
- Understanding of project management methodologies like SCRUM or AGILE.
- Highly organized and responsive.
- Solid knowledge of ecommerce practices is advantageous.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while juggling multiple projects.
- Outgoing personality with strong social skills.
- Strong interest in current trends and their integration into team management.
