• Have you effectively engaged cold leads via phone calls, emails, and social media, creating interest and uncovering opportunities?
• Are you adept at pinpointing and investigating the Ideal Customer Profile, executing market segmentation, and tailoring messaging for the right prospects at the right moments?
• Can you boast a track record of surpassing sales quotas and KPIs by blending industry knowledge with a deep understanding of the product?
• Are you capable of diving deeper than superficial discussions with prospects to uncover their needs and illustrate how CoffeePals delivers value?
• Have you managed prospecting workflows effectively in a CRM and established efficient outreach strategies?
Key Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a BDR
• BONUS: Experience selling to enterprise or HR clients or a background in a startup setting

• 60 Days: You’ll gain a comprehensive understanding of the employee engagement landscape and reach 50% of your target (10 SQLs/month).
• 90 Days: You’ll fully own the prospecting process and achieve 100% of your target (20 SQLs/month).
• Make 40+ outbound calls, emails, and texts to generate and qualify new leads.
• Schedule demos and ensure smooth transitions for the sales force.
• Build authentic relationships and foster trust with potential clients.
• Work in tandem with Account Executives to evaluate lead quality.
• Diligently maintain and update CRM systems, meeting pipeline expectations.
• Report on weekly performance metrics, both qualitative and quantitative.
• Innovate and test creative approaches to enhance outreach efforts.
