As the Lead UX Designer at Constructive, you will oversee our UX design team, reporting to the Director of Strategy & User Experience to ensure our collaborative efforts with clients are strategically sound, creatively inspired, and impactful. We seek an adept UX designer poised for a director-level position, with a vision that will ultimately influence and enhance the evolution of our UX practices to meet clients' evolving needs.
You will manage and mentor our UX designers, guiding them to consistently produce outstanding work. You’ll engage with clients—conducting UX research and assessments, leading exploratory workshops, developing data models and information architecture, creating sitemaps and wireframes, performing usability studies, presenting work, and offering consultative guidance. Collaboration with Constructive’s strategy, content, design, and engineering teams will also be integral to ensure the delivery of impactful results.

- Facilitate UX design workshops. You will convert brand and digital strategies into engaging client workshops, forming the groundwork for aligned brand experiences.
- Lead client presentations. You will convey UX work convincingly, clearly illustrating how design solutions fulfill strategic objectives while addressing crucial challenges, and navigate discussions to balance client feedback with effective design advocacy.
- Engage with cross-functional teams. You will collaborate closely with strategy, content, design, and engineering teams to ensure that results are effectively translated into final deliverables and engaging designed experiences.
- Provide thought leadership. You will work with our Marketing Lead to develop thought leadership on UX design practices by contributing your ideas for articles, webinars, and other content marketing initiatives.
