You are a motivated junior salesperson who can effectively work from home. Engaging prospects over the phone is your forte, and you operate well within EST hours. Familiarity with the real estate sector, particularly involving distressed single-family homes, is advantageous, although if you have a successful sales background in complex environments, quick-learning abilities, and excellent retention, we'd love to see your application. 

Your communication skills shine through your articulateness and energetic demeanor, positioning you as a natural leader in various contexts. Each lead represents a prospect for you to expand your personal business endeavors. You keep meticulous records of your sales activities and metrics to enhance your productivity and performance. While performing at a high standard, you value training and feedback as ongoing avenues for development. Evidence of your past sales earnings is essential; our top remote sales professionals consistently earn over $30,000 USD annually.
