In this role, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of experts to craft and enact strategies for staffing, onboarding, development, motivation, retention, and work organization. You must possess exceptional communication skills, critical thinking, and planning expertise, along with the adaptability to succeed in a dynamic and innovative environment.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Acting as an integral member of the HR regional team, this role will report to the HRBP functional manager and engage with both regional and global HR colleagues and site leaders.
- Providing business partner support for top-performing engineering teams, working closely with frontline managers to implement people strategies, promote new or enhanced HR programs, and assist new managers in building their skills.
- Leading the execution of organization-wide initiatives – including Focal programs and reporting on Employee pulse survey analysis.
- Managing the employee lifecycle, including new hire engagement, addressing employee concerns, conducting investigations, overseeing performance management, and facilitating exit discussions. You'll assess the effectiveness of current practices and introduce innovative approaches.
- Taking ownership of and contributing to regional initiatives.
- Facilitating group sessions and supporting the rollout of training programs.
- Proactively analyzing business data to identify trends and recommend enhancements for business efficiency and performance.
Qualifications We Are Looking For:
- A Bachelor’s degree (or higher) from a top-tier institution in Human Resources or related field.
- At least 4+ years of experience as a Human Resources generalist.
- Experience collaborating with engineering teams within IT (especially in product companies).
- Good familiarity and hands-on experience with the employee lifecycle and relevant HR interventions.
