Key Duties:

  • Strategic Marketing Planning: Develop and execute a detailed marketing plan that aligns with our organizational goals to foster exponential growth.
  • Team Management: Recruit and guide a dynamic marketing team, emphasizing talent growth and alignment with our mission. (Note: team building is flexible based on current needs.)
  • Performance Analytics: Implement a strong data analytics infrastructure to track and improve campaign efficacy, focusing on metrics like CAC, ROAS, LTV, and churn.
  • Brand Development: Formulate and implement a branding strategy to enhance Qualtir's presence and credibility in the industry, incorporating a regular content production calendar (blogs, social media, videos).
  • Influencer Relations & Partnerships: Cultivate strategic partnerships and engage with key influencers to boost our brand visibility and attract new customers.
  • Lead Generation Strategy: Design a comprehensive lead generation process using content strategies, targeted campaigns, and personalized engagement techniques.
  • Diverse Marketing Channels: Optimize and expand existing channels such as PPC, SEO, and Affiliate Marketing while exploring new avenues for growth.
  • Initial Focus on Tasksboard.com: Your initial priority will be to strategically market Tasksboard.com, our tool for managing Google Tasks.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience Required: 3-6 years in a Head of Growth or senior marketing position, preferably in a rapidly evolving SaaS company.
  • Proven Growth Track Record: History of creating marketing systems that have significantly enhanced business performance.
  • Data-Driven Mindset: Strong analytical abilities geared towards data-based decision-making, budgeting, and resource distribution.
  • Digital Marketing Expertise: Proficient in PPC, SEO, Affiliate programs, and content marketing, with skills in negotiating and establishing influencer partnerships.
  • Effective Leadership: Proven capability of developing and guiding diverse teams, emphasizing accountability, growth, and a results-oriented mindset.
