As a Customer Support Specialist, your role will be to interact directly with HubSpot clients through phone, chat, and web channels, acting as a trusted consultant to resolve product inquiries. You will provide a personalized and proactive support experience, utilizing innovative problem-solving strategies to assist customers in maximizing their use of HubSpot tools and expanding their businesses. We are seeking candidates who:
- Are fluent in English and German
- Bring at least 1 year of experience in customer support or technical support, preferably in a software or technology context
- Possess a solid foundation in technical troubleshooting and have a knack for tackling complex technical inquiries
- Are skilled in utilizing product documentation to effectively resolve customer challenges
- Exhibit self-motivation, a sense of curiosity, and a constant desire to learn, reflecting a growth mindset

In this position, you will:
- Leverage phone, live chat, and web tickets to assist customers, efficiently resolving issues and adapting to varying inquiry volumes
- Employ business insight to understand customer situations, proactively pinpointing challenges and opportunities
- Eliminate technical obstacles for clients and guide them in navigating various HubSpot tools
- Independently utilize resources and tools to assimilate new and technical information
- Implement troubleshooting protocols to test, replicate, and explore technical inquiries, thereby minimizing escalations and enhancing resolution time
- Detect and diagnose software issues, contributing to the improvement of the product experience for clients
- Provide insightful, compassionate, and thorough resolutions tailored to individual customer needs, facilitating their business success
- Collaborate across HubSpot to enhance customer engagement with our platform and improve the overall customer journey
