As a Customer Support Specialist, you will engage directly with HubSpot clients through phone, chat, and online platforms to address product-related issues, acting as a trusted consultant. You will provide a personalized and proactive support experience, utilizing innovative problem-solving techniques to assist customers in maximizing their use of HubSpot tools and driving their business growth. We seek individuals who:
- Possess fluency in English and German
- Bring at least 1 year of experience in customer support or technical support, ideally in a software or technology environment
- Have a solid grasp of technical troubleshooting and enjoy unraveling complex technical issues
- Are skilled at interpreting and utilizing product documentation to effectively resolve client concerns
- Exhibit self-motivation, a curiosity for learning, and a growth mindset

In this position, you will:
- Utilize phone, live chat, and web ticketing systems to collaborate with customers, efficiently addressing issues while adapting to varying inquiry levels
- Leverage business insight to define challenges and opportunities for customers
- Eliminate technical obstacles for clients and navigate them through the diverse tools available in HubSpot
- Independently engage with support resources and tools to grasp new and complex information
- Apply troubleshooting methodologies to test, replicate, and analyze technical inquiries, thereby reducing escalations and shorting resolution time
- Identify and troubleshoot software issues to enhance the customer product experience
- Provide thoughtful, empathetic, and thorough solutions tailored to each customer’s needs, promoting their business success
- Collaborate within HubSpot to enhance customer engagement with our platform and improve overall satisfaction
