This position offers the flexibility of either full-time or part-time work and is entirely REMOTE. You have the freedom to select the projects that pique your interest and can manage your own working hours. Compensation for projects is hourly, beginning at $15-20, along with additional bonuses for exceptional quality and volume of work. With a wide range of projects available, many centered around writing or assessing chatbot dialogues, you can focus on the areas you are most passionate about!

We are in search of writers and inquisitive, meticulous individuals to become part of our team to train our AI chatbots. In this role, you will engage in conversations with the chatbots we are developing to evaluate their progress, as well as compose original dialogues to guide their responses.

To succeed in this position, you'll need to possess a vivid imagination and keen attention to detail to generate meaningful conversations and assess their quality. Previous experience is not necessary; we provide comprehensive training, and many find this role both stimulating and repetitive.

Required Qualifications:

- Proficiency in English
- Strong attention to detail
- Outstanding writing and grammar capabilities
- Excellent research and verification skills to maintain accuracy and uniqueness
- Commitment to a minimum of 10 hours per week
- A bachelor's degree (either completed or currently pursuing)
