As the Part-Time Growth Marketing Manager, your primary role will involve collaborating with the Head of Marketing and the wider marketing team to craft and implement strategies aimed at attracting, converting, and retaining subscribers. This role is strategic and hands-on, crucial for enhancing our marketing initiatives while supervising important projects such as a CRM migration alongside the product team.

This position reports directly to the Head of Marketing and offers part-time hours (2-3 days per week) for a duration of 2-3 months.
This opportunity is open to applicants from Australia, the U.S., and Canada.

Your Responsibilities Will Include…

  • Design and execute strategies for subscriber acquisition, conversion, and retention, aimed at expanding Tinybeans’ user base.

  • Oversee and optimize paid media campaigns on major platforms to drive effective acquisition and user engagement.

  • Lead affiliate marketing strategies to ensure substantial contributions to subscriber growth.

  • Work closely with the product team to manage and implement a smooth CRM migration project with minimal operational disruption.

  • Provide guidance and mentorship for enhancing campaign strategies, ensuring uniformity in methods and results.

  • Play a role in the overall growth strategy, focusing on CRM, paid media, and SEO, emphasizing a data-oriented approach to user acquisition and retention.

  • Step in to oversee or direct key channels when team transitions occur or when coverage is necessary.

The Ideal Candidate Will…

  • Possess 7+ years in the field of paid media growth, with a proven ability to scale campaigns effectively.

  • Have at least 5 years of experience with CRM applications, emphasizing user segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and customer retention strategies.

  • Have a background in mentoring, training, or leading teams to foster continuous professional development.

  • Demonstrate strong analytical abilities, capable of translating data insights into strategic actions.

  • Exhibit a proactive and collaborative nature, along with excellent communication skills, and a talent for managing cross-departmental projects.

  • Experience in SEO is an advantageous asset, highlighting your capability to boost organic reach and enhance overall marketing effectiveness.

Work Location & Hours
  • Preference for candidates located in Australia or North America (Pacific Time).

  • The primary team is based in North America and Australia, requiring overlapping business hours (e.g., 6am AEST) with flexible scheduling options.
