About Us
* At Niceboard, we empower associations/non-profits, staffing agencies, niche communities (and others) to seamlessly connect job seekers with employers through our customized job board platform, maximizing the potential of their audiences.
* Over the past three years, we've facilitated over $2MM in job post earnings for our clients.
* Niceboard has been instrumental in helping thousands of candidates secure employment and assisting hundreds of businesses in finding exceptional talent (and the numbers keep growing...).
* Fully bootstrapped and independent, we prioritize our customers above all else!
Role Overview
We are in search of an individual who:
* Has a genuine passion for sales, enjoying engaging with leads and customers to secure deals.
* Is very proactive (must be comfortable managing the sales process from prospecting to customer acquisition) and willing to take on challenges.
* Has a strong drive and resourcefulness.
* Is keen on collaborating closely with the founder, contributing to Niceboard's growth (you will be the founding account manager, which means ample opportunities for advancement for those who excel!).
* Is eager to continuously refine Niceboard's sales processes, perfecting a replicable and scalable approach.
* Is enthusiastic about partnering with the founder and support team to enhance the product by providing insights and feedback gained through customer interactions.
๐ Achievements Youโll Contribute To
* Create lists of potential customers and initiate contact via email, phone, or Zoom to schedule demo calls and turn those into trials (and subsequently customers).
* Oversee the lead and trial pipeline in a CRM.
* Schedule calls with warm leads from our free trials to boost conversion rates.
* Reach out to previous customers to regain their business.
* Help increase revenue and grow the company while participating in its success!

* Performance-driven and focused.

* Excited to sell a product that clients love (our customers adore Niceboard, with some earning six figures using it โ which means the product pays for itself).
* Friendly and genuinely interested in helping customers meet their needs rather than selling without purpose.
* Interested in a direct working relationship with the founder in a hassle-free environment.
* Capable of quick decision making and independent work.
* Ready to go the extra mile for success.
๐ Essential Qualifications
* Demonstrated success in technology sales (ideally within a B2B SaaS context).
* Excellent communication abilities.
* Competence in utilizing CRM software and managing the complete sales cycle (from lead generation to closing).
* Professional, approachable attitude.
* Experience with remote work.
* Must be a native of the US/Canada: fluent in English and culturally aware.
