NoGigiddy is on the lookout for a motivated and client-oriented Entry-Level Account Manager to become part of our remote workforce. In this position, you will establish and nurture relationships with our clients, ensuring that their requirements are addressed while delivering outstanding service. A college degree is not necessary; however, excellent communication skills and a genuine enthusiasm for assisting clients are critical.


Primary Duties:

  • Client Engagement: Develop and sustain solid relationships with clients, comprehending their needs and guaranteeing their happiness.
  • Communication: Serve as the main liaison for clients, swiftly and effectively responding to their queries, concerns, and requests.
  • Account Management: Support the organization of client accounts by setting up new accounts, overseeing renewals, and making sure all client data remains current.
  • Issue Resolution: Proactively discover and resolve client challenges, ensuring a favorable client experience.
  • Reporting: Compile and present frequent reports regarding account performance, client feedback, and enhancements to services.
  • Team Collaboration: Partner with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and customer support, to fulfill client demands.
  • Client Onboarding: Aid in the onboarding process for new clients, equipping them with the essential resources and information to get started.
  • Feedback Collection: Collect and communicate client feedback to enhance our services and overall client experience.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Communication Proficiency: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Customer Service Acumen: Strong capability to recognize and satisfy client needs.

  • Tech Savvy: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems.

Desirable Experience:

  • Experience in customer service, sales, or a related area is advantageous, though not mandatory.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and account management applications is a plus.
  • Background with gig economy platforms or staffing applications is a bonus.
Educational Background:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Relevant certifications or training in customer service, sales, or account management are advantageous but not essential.
Work Environment:
  • Remote Position: This role is remote, offering flexibility in your working location.
  • Collaboration: Participation in regular virtual meetings and communications with sales and support teams.
  • Tools: Utilization of various communication and collaboration software, including email, video conferencing, and CRM systems.
Compensation:
  • $20 to $27 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
