Since our launch at the beginning of 2022, we have successfully scaled from zero to multiple 7 figures in our inaugural year and achieved 8 figures in sales in 2023. Our ambition is to elevate our brand to 9 figures within the next few years while revolutionizing our industry with innovative and distinct products that enhance the lives of our customers.

Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Strategizing Email Marketing:

  • Developing our monthly marketing content schedule;
  • Planning and executing weekly promotions, flash sales, and major events such as Christmas and Black Friday;
  • Enhancing the effectiveness of sign-up forms and pop-ups;
  • Consistently refining our automated email flows for improved customer engagement, focusing on cross-selling and retention;
  • Maximizing the effectiveness of our email marketing channel, paying attention to key metrics such as revenue, click-through rates, and open rates;
  • Utilizing A/B testing to fine-tune our messaging and overall performance;
  • Updating the Operations Manager on email marketing results and participating in strategic discussions.

  1. Managing the Team
  • Supervising a team consisting of email marketing specialists, graphic designers, and copywriters;
  • Ensuring quality control and approving the output of team members, particularly in design and content creation;
  • Establishing detailed SOPs to assist with segmentation, campaign scheduling, quality assurance, and more;
  • Leading and motivating the team to enhance performance and morale;
  • Ensuring that KPIs are tracked diligently and in a timely manner;
  • Overseeing the recruitment and onboarding of new members to the email marketing team.

Additionally, you MUST possess the following qualifications:

  • Bilingual or native-level proficiency in English.
  • A minimum of 2 years of demonstrable experience in Email Marketing for an Ecommerce Brand. Candidates whose primary experience and background are within the ecommerce sector will be prioritized.
  • Strong analytical capabilities, including the ability to evaluate and assess campaign success.
  • Proven track record with A/B testing and market segmentation.
  • Profound understanding of email marketing best practices and relevant regulations.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of marketing strategies and offers beyond just email marketing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Robust experience with Klaviyo.
  • Strong talent for project management.
  • Attention to detail.
