We are in search of a seasoned Director of Marketing and Customer Acquisition to lead our client’s marketing endeavors. This pivotal role involves optimizing paid advertising, utilizing digital channels, and executing multi-channel campaigns aimed at healthcare professionals and organizations throughout the U.S. The perfect applicant will be results-oriented, possessing a robust understanding of B2B marketing strategies, digital platforms, and analytics.

Essential Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Marketing Direction: Design and execute strategic marketing plans to meet quarterly and annual targets. Establish objectives to enhance brand recognition, drive customer acquisition, and facilitate revenue growth in line with company goals.
  • Lead Generation & Paid Media Strategy: Create and oversee multi-channel campaigns leveraging both organic and paid tactics, including Google Ads, social media advertising, PPC, and display advertising. Fine-tune campaigns to elevate conversion rates, lower cost-per-acquisition, and maximize ROI.
  • Content Development & CRM Oversight: Direct the creation of monthly content schedules for social media, email marketing, and CRM systems to improve lead nurturing and engagement. Utilize data-driven insights to enhance content strategies and organic reach.
  • Targeted Healthcare Client Campaigns: Develop and implement focused campaigns to engage new healthcare clients. Combine various marketing channels—digital, email, and print—to optimize client interaction.
  • Market Analysis & Competitive Insights: Execute comprehensive market research to remain current on industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs. Leverage insights to refine marketing strategies effectively.
  • Oversight of Marketing Team: Supervise marketing managers, coordinators, and content creators. Cultivate team skills, stimulate creativity, and ensure alignment on marketing objectives. Collaborate with sales and product teams for cohesive project execution.
  • Assess Marketing Performance: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of existing campaigns. Lead efforts to audit and enhance marketing strategies with a focus on improving metrics such as click-through and conversion rates, as well as lead quality.
  • Collaboration with Other Departments: Collaborate with sales, product, and customer service teams to synchronize marketing initiatives with company-wide goals. Facilitate cross-departmental projects to ensure effective teamwork.
  • Financial Management & Reports: Gather budgetary needs from various teams, compile financial reports, and present findings to senior management. Manage expenses for software, staff, and marketing projects, ensuring optimal financial management.
  • Performance Analysis & Reporting: Utilize tools like Google Analytics, Zoho CRM, and various platforms to assess campaign effectiveness. Generate reports to inform future strategies and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Brand Representation: Serve as a brand ambassador at industry events, conferences, and webinars. Create content for blogs and social media to elevate the company’s profile.

Qualifications
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in marketing leadership, emphasizing multi-channel digital strategies and paid campaigns, ideally within the B2B healthcare sector.
  • Analytical Ability: Strong analytical mindset with expertise in monitoring KPIs and refining campaigns through analytics tools.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, experienced in presenting strategies and reports to senior management.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven effectiveness in managing marketing teams and overseeing cross-departmental projects.
  • Technical Expertise: Familiarity with platforms such as Google Ads, Zoho CRM, SendGrid, and various CMS.

A Day in This Role
Your day will kick off with a review of ongoing paid campaigns, optimizing strategies based on analytical findings. You will collaborate with the content and sales teams to enhance email marketing strategies. In the afternoon, your focus will shift to developing new paid ad campaigns, performing A/B testing, and analyzing CRM data for effective lead management. Routine team check-ins will be essential to maintain alignment and achieve objectives.
