Contra is on the lookout for a customer support professional based in the Philippines to become a part of our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional support to our expanding network of freelancers and companies. Your responsibilities will include various support-related tasks, with a required time commitment over the weekends from 8 am to 5 pm EST.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist users by answering inquiries and resolving issues they encounter.
  • Effectively oversee and execute daily operational responsibilities.
  • Guarantee that all assignments are finalized promptly while upholding quality standards.
