Key Duties:
- Address customer questions and concerns through phone, email, and chat.
- Offer comprehensive information about our products and services.
- Effectively troubleshoot and solve product-related issues.
- Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor in all customer communications.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and solutions.
Requirements:
- Superb written and verbal communication abilities in English and Spanish. (Mandatory)
- Strong internet connection and dependable computer equipment. (Mandatory)
- Currently residing in LATAM (Mandatory)
- While not essential, experience working, living, or studying in the US or Canada would be a plus!
- Able to work independently in a focused home office environment.
- Exhibit a professional customer-first attitude.
- Prior customer support experience is advantageous, but not essential.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability in dynamic situations.
